Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience) + Commission + Equity Share

MRG are recruiting for our client who are leaders in the Security space dominating in providing security for concierge contracts, goverment businesses, Luxury Retail, static sites and much more. After several years of organic growth have now decided to open up a new sales division for a proven candidate in this field to maximise business revenue efforts through various sales strategies.

With a focus on innovation and excellence, they are now expanding our operations and seeking a visionary Sales Director to lead a new sales division.

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts, working closely with our security bidwriter and other key stakeholders to drive revenue growth, secure new contracts, and expand our market presence. This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity for significant career advancement and equity share in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the security bidwriter to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and market insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and drive innovation.
  • Champion the company's brand and values, acting as a spokesperson and ambassador in the industry.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future growth.


  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the Security sector.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams, driving motivation and accountability.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship-building.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
