Cleaner Position – Luxury Hospitality Sector

MRG is seeking a dedicated Cleaner for a prestigious client in the hospitality and serviced accommodation sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of luxury apartments and public areas to the highest standard. This role requires an independent and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in the hotel or serviced apartment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain apartments and public spaces in line with strict cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure all areas are pristine and ready for guests.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks independently and within a scheduled time frame.
• Uphold high customer service standards, interacting with clients and colleagues professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years' experience as a housekeeper or cleaner in a hotel or serviced apartment environment.
• A positive attitude that enhances both team and guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Proof of right to work in the UK (required at the interview stage).

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week over five days, including weekends (subject to a rota).
• Working hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a 30-minute paid break.
• Flexibility to work shifts between Monday and Sunday.
